The association is named « C.C.V/RDC, standing for CLUB CHANGER LA VIE, created on January 25, 2015, with SEBA SENGIYUMVA Christophe as founder, followed by Deputy Coordinator, Secretary, Advisors, Treasurers and members. Today the association has all the legal documents starting N°F92/46.287 and others.

Education
Recovery center for those who have left their studies in progress, called « CRPA »/ CLUB CHANGER LA VIE, which operates in the Rubare Institute buildings.
Protection
Over 130 registered orphans in 3 villages, including Rubare, Kako and Kalengera.
Autonomy
The association’s aim is for each member to contribute a sum of money, which will be given in turn to all its members, with a view to personal development and the fight against poverty within the association.
Agropastoral activities
Cultivation field of 29 hectares including 18 hectares for maize, 09 hectares for soybeans and 02 hectares for banana regimes.
